All rooms are furnished with a bed, a bureau, a desk, an office chair, and lamps. Most rooms have a book shelf and possibily other pieces of furniture.  The larger rooms have full-sized beds, and the smaller rooms have twin-sized beds.  We do not supply sheets or other bedding materials.  

All room rentals include utilities: heat, hot water, and electricity.  If you are a Boston University student, you can access Boston University's wireless internet service from the building.  If you are not a Boston University student, you can possibly arrange a shared service with one of the other tenants in the building, or purchase the service for your room.
